There is nothing more important than getting started properly. Now newly registered condominiums receive their first year's membership in the Canadian Condominium Institute of Golden Horseshoe Chapter free of charge, with their paid membership for the following year.

Yes that's right! You pay for only the second year but you receive two complete years of membership! The first year is on us. This is to ensure new condominium boards get the help they need when they need it most.

This special offer applies only to condominiums registered within a year of their membership application date. Eligible condominiums can be located anywhere in Ontario, but you are strongly encouraged to join your local Chapter.

To qualify for free membership please send proof of your recent registered status (showing the date your condominium was registered). A copy of the registration of your condominium can be requested from your local land registry office. Your condominium's solicitor will be able to assist with providing this. You will also need to submit a membership application to accompany the proof of registration, and all applications must include payment for your second year.
